I: The time period for refund or replacement of goods shall not exceed 3 days as of the date of the invoice.
II: The following terms and conditions shall be observed at performing any goods replacement or refund:
1-Package must be sealed as received.
2-The colored goods are not refunded or replaced, unless there are technical issues as per the report of the technical team of Quds Paints Industry Co., and there should be a quality control ticket number issued as a claim number.
3-The goods have not been misused or have been partly or fully in the wrong application.
III: The replacement of goods or refund shall be carried out if the first and second conditions are met at the physical purchase site or through Quds Paints Industry Co. application, or if the purchase has taken place via the website, and then provided that the first and second conditions are fulfilled. Delivery Policy
:Sold goods shall be delivered with high quality and handling under quality control and safety standards in accordance with the following conditions
I:The information on the delivery location must be accurate without any mistakes. It is preferable to send an e-location using Google Maps.
II: Transport and delivery operations are subject to a pre-announced delivery cost before completing the process. Therefore, kindly confirm and agree on such cost before and not after delivery. Additionally, the costs vary subject to the delivery location across the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, where the cost shall not be zero (i.e. free of charge) but as set by the e-store.
III: Delivery shall take place during either the morning period (from 8 am – 12 pm) or the afternoon either period (from 1 pm- 6 pm) based on the work volume.
IV: All orders require 24 to 48 working hours before delivery, given the order load especially those requiring coloring and special preparation, except for cases in which the goods are not available and require longer time as declared at time of purchase.
V:Orders shall not be deemed as formal and subject to the above conditions but only if
registered during the official working hours. Orders beyond the working hours or during weekends or public holidays shall not be registered or considered official.
General Rules
1-Introduction and General Provisions

Below are terms and conditions regarding the terms of use and access to the website pages and application of Quds Paints. The words and expressions in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned to them as follows:
Quds Paints Industry Co.: A Jordanian Company with private shareholding registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the Register of Private Shareholding Companies.
